About Hi-Five Sports Clubs Tri Valley

Hi-Five Tri Valley is a family owned and operated business in Pleasanton, Ca. Roger and Lineah Younan began Hi-Five Tri-Valley in 2019 as they saw an increasing need for physical activity and health education in the younger generations. Lineah holds a degree in Neuromuscular Science with an emphasis in youth and elderly fitness programming. She has been in the Health and Wellness industry for 13 years and is currently the Program Director of a local Corporate Fitness Center. She is a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Exercise is Medicine level II instructor through ACSM. Roger earned his degree in business while working as a children’s ski instructor and basketball coach. He has played sports throughout his life and decided to leave his Corporate career to pursue his passion for athletics and teaching. They have two children, ages six years and ten months, and work as a family to bring fun and fitness to the Tri-Valley.
