About Hiawatha Yoga
The owner and founder of Hiawatha Yoga, Sue Redmond first discovered yoga on the path to recovery from a painful automobile accident. And today, Hiawatha Yoga gears their classes to the skill level of each student, offering hatha sessions for beginners as well as restorative and yin yoga that use props such as blankets and blocks to help open the body and finally one-up naptime. Her yoga studio runs on the enthusiasm of passionate teachers and also offers discounted classes for all veterans as well as donation classes for people on a budget.
