No problem making an appointment, service man showed up on time and cleaned the outside condenser unit which was the main thing we needed. When he saw the dirty inside filters he recommended they be changed. I told him I already had the filters but for some reason he didn't put them in as part of the service, which I thought was strange. I guess it was because we were not buying from them.
Anyway, good service overall.
Our HVAC techs are properly trained and educated to perform quality repairs on all makes and models of HVAC equipment.
