After sitting down, guests choose a flavor of tea by smelling them from a selection off the tea cart. They then enjoy piping hot soup or a fresh organic salad, followed by a tier of tea sandwiches: chicken breast with cranberries and walnuts, curried egg with arugula, and English cucumbers and cream cheese. After the sandwiches come freshly-baked scones straight from the oven along with four imported European desserts per guest. After the tea is complete, the staff will pack any leftovers to bring home.
