About Higher Sol Massage and Wellness

My sole purpose is to help create balance, calm and bring you back to your center, re-emphasizing the concept of whole-body wellness for overall health. Relaxation being at the top of the list.  I'm Marena Collazo Lugo, owner and licensed massage therapist of Higher Sol Massage and Wellness. I am also a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer. I work with many populations but have an emphasis on the active and athletic community as well as orthopedic injuries. I have worked fitness events, marathons and have over 4 years' experience in an orthopedic hospital under the supervision of orthopedic surgeons. Using my experience and knowledge I am able to help my clients prevent and recover from injuries, with the goal to achieve easier and improved, pain-free movement.
