Q:

I have a camry and was wondering if the "$175 for SunTek CXP-Series window tinting on all car windows" would cover the tinting for the 4 side doors and the back window

Diana D.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

On a car, yes. The "all car" Groupon covers all of the windows except the windshield and the sunroof. For a van or sport-utility, the $235 deal is what would cover you.

Q:

I have a 2000 Mazda MPV that has "privacy glass" in the rear windows. If I got the two front ones done would they match the rear in terms of how dark they are, or would it be obvious that they were done afterwards? Also do you know anything about the "privacy glass"? Does it block out UV? Thanks.

Tijana O.  asked on  Nov 5, 2012

A:

The Oregon legal limit for your front door windows is 35% light transmittance. The privacy glass on your MPV should meter around 18%-24%. (The lower the number, the darker.) Factory privacy glass does NOT block any substantial amout of heat or UV Rays.
