About Hiit Next Level Fitness
Hiit Next Level Fitness specializes in High-Intensity Interval fitness training, using Hiit Training and Athletic Performance Exercises (modified to accommodate all fitness levels) to help you shed body fat, lose weight & build lean muscle. Our classes are 40mins long in which we offer personalized training in a small group environment. Our programs also include weekly weigh-ins, bi-weekly measurements, and two healthy living meal plans.
