With only one day under my belt, I found the place and the people to be very pleasant. I'm excited and looking forward to seeing results.

The instructor is very good, loud enough to hear and encouraging you to work hard. The workout area is pretty small especially if the class has more than 8 people so some parts of the workout are outside. Downside is the price after the intro. Overall Ím glad I tried it.

About Hiitz Fitness

An acronym for "high-intensity interval training zones," Hiitz Fitness communicates the challenging nature of its exercise routines upfront. In practice, this means trainers lead total-body workouts that push every client a little beyond their fitness level in each session, promoting gradual but assured progress. With a focus on TRX, or total resistance exercise, their classes engage the muscles on multiple planes of motion through dynamic movements that rely on body weight for resistance. Not only does this guide each person to build strong, fat-burning muscle, but it also poses less risk of injury than other methods of accomplishing similar fitness goals.
