Q:

Do I need to be an expert at Yoga or have any experience at all to participate in this? I'm interested in trying yoga but have never done it and am out of shape.

Becky H.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

We address all levels and give variations for people who have limitations. The classes start with a relaxation, then gentle yoga postures to warm up to larger postures, then ends with a relaxation.

Q:

Do all 10 sessions need to be completed by April 17th, or just begun by that date?

Gail N.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

No. There's no expiration. We just ask that you at least come to one of the ten classes by that date to redeem the coupon.

Q:

What's the class schedule?

Marilyn B.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

Drop in classes only (as opposed to series classes). Mondays from 5:30-7:30; Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m.; and Sundays from 10:00-11:30 a.m.

Q:

Just to double check, it appears there are three class times per week where the Groupon can be used: Mondays from 5:30-7:30 p.m.; Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m.; and Sundays from 10:00-11:30 a.m. Are there limits to how many participants can attend a class? Do I need to register in advance, or can I just drop in and take one of these three classes? Also, once I've started using the Groupon for the 10 classes, there is no expiration if I cannot use them all by the April 17th deadline. Please advise. Thank you.

Bonnie B.  asked on  Jan 18, 2013

A:

Yes, you have the classes and times correct. There is no expiration. We just ask that you come to the first class to redeem the coupon by April 17th. There is no limit to how many may participate. Since it is a drop in class, no reservations. However, we've never done a groupon before, we have room for about15-20 people.
