It was great I was able to leave my car there and go to other appointments. Came back and it was almost ready. These guys know what they are doing. May not look like much from the outside but inside very knowledgeable staff. Will bring there again for repairs and oil changes.

Even though I made a reservation a couple of weeks in advance for a full synthetic oil change, they were not prepared and did not even have the parts ready when I arrived! Their new location in Hwy 301 did not even have their business name on the large business sign - so it was difficult to find. There are no bays where there is either a lift to raise the car or a tunnel where they can easily get under the car. One guy just had to do it the old-fashioned way: jack up the passenger side so that he could get under there to loosen the oil pan bolt. He drained the oil and then told me he had to wait on the parts to arrive. By that time, I had waited about 40 minutes for this stage. They supposedly ordered from Auto Zone and were waiting. I had asked for status. The manager eventually told me he will send guy to get the oil & filter from Advance Auto which was only 2 minutes north of their location. He came back with synthetic 0W20 High Mileage oil. Not what I would have preferred since my SUV only has 62K miles. I would have expected just Full Synthetic. That effort also took a while. After my 2-hour oil change, they said my car was ready. Considering, this fellow who did the oil change was lying down in the dirt, I saw that my drivers seat was covered in dirt and had to manually dust it out so that I would not also sit on dirt. The threshold in the doorway had obvious shoe marks with lots of brown dust. The parking brake was put on so tight, that i had to exert all my weight on it to release it. When I got home, I had to clean the threshold area and all the pedals covered with brown dust. Next will be the driver's mat. Therefore, this place does not really care to keep the customer's car clean when they work on it. At any dealership, you see that they will cover the seat with plastic and will put down paper floor mats. Not this place. I'll have to look for a different place for oil change next time or I'll just do it myself.

The tech apparently didn't speak English, he was rude I sat there for 10 minutes wasnt even acknowledged. The car still had dirt on it , dirty spot on my hood. I had a over price half done car wash.

The wife was so happy when she saw her car . He did a fantastic job 👌
