Q:

Hello, I am thinking of buying this for my husband but have a couple of questions: Regarding medium sized areas: Does the full face include ears? What's considered shoulders and what's considered upper back? Regarding large areas: Does the full back include shoulders and neck? General question: If I buy this as gift for him and he buys one for himself, will he be able to use both? Thanks a lot!

P B.  asked on  Dec 9, 2012

A:

Please call us regarding areas included (as this would be an extra long post.) The promotion is limited to one per person redemption no matter who buys it. The Year / 12 treatment option is the only one that will cover all of the areas you mentioned as the treatments can be broken up to be used on multiple areas and the rest are limited to one area. Please call us for further clarification.

Q:

What are the time limitation? If I have had 2 laser treatments done recently (outside the US) and am now returning to Boston, can I use this to have 2 treatments in January/early Feb, and then resume when I return to the US again (after being gone Feb>August)? In short, once I begin the 6-treatment series, do I have a full year to use them all or am I required to have them spaced 6 weeks apart?

Kendra G.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Yes you can but not doing the treatments consecutively will affect your results long term. You can come in whenever (as long as it meets safety guidelines) but it is not recommended for optimum results.

Q:

Hi, If I did in the past 6 laser treatments (1 month ago) on my lower leg area, can I continue my treatments with your company? Would I see good results? Does it matter if I continue with a different system, yet a laser system?

Mary s.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

as long as your treatments are consecutive and timed properly that should not be a problem. We would need to see you for a consult first to verify what timing would be best for you due to your current progress but we should not have a problem doing that.

Q:

Can you define what the Extended/French Bikini covers vs the Bikini Line? How long does the average session for a small or medium area take?

Anne U.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

Bikini line is the line 2-3 in out on the front of the legs when wearing a conservative bikini. the french goes inward more. appointment times are booked for 15-30 small area 30-45 medium but it can vary up or down depending on the area . The treatment itself is relatively quick but you may need time to "prep".

Q:

I've had some pretty painful lasers for hair removal. What kind of laser tips do you use?

Georgia M.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

our lasers have contact cooling and although not completely painless are considered much less painful by those who had previously had treatment with other lasers.
