Hogarth's Bar & Bistro
Chris Hogarth is an engineer by trade, but he's a foodie through passion. He's always appreciated great food and beer, and spending the majority of his life in his native England means he's got an innate sense of what makes the UK pub scene special.
In 2007, Chris visited the States for the first time. And then he fell in love—not just with American culture, but with fellow foodie Catherine Upton. A Meals on Wheels director who's collaborated with some of the nation's best chefs, Catherine knew how to run a professional kitchen, and so they put their heads together and founded Hogarth's Bar & Bistro.
The influence of Chris's British background is evident throughout the menu, as in dishes such as Yorkshire pudding, bangers and mash, and fish and chips. This influence is present on the cocktail menu, too, which offers themed drinks such as Tea Thyme and Her Majesty. But there are brick-oven pizzas, New York strip steaks, and seared tuna on the menu, too, and the only thing all the dishes truly have in common is their quality.
