About Holistic Bodywork and Wellness
After graduating from The Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, I worked a variety of massage jobs before settling into a position at a physical therapy clinic. For seven years, I treated clients day in and day out—helping in small ways but feeling like I wasn’t truly making a lasting impact on their overall health.
Eventually, comfort turned into restlessness. I realized I was ready for more—not just for myself, but for the people I served. One day, I took a deep breath, listened to my intuition, and walked away from the security of my job to start my own business. I didn’t have a detailed plan. I didn’t have all the answers. What I did have was a deep knowing that I was meant for something more than being “just another massage therapist.”
For years, I wrestled with figuring out my true gift. Looking back now, I see that the clues were always there—they just needed time, space, and a lot of personal growth to take shape. Every experience, every challenge, every curveball life threw at me shaped the healer I am today.
Most recently, I took another leap of faith—relocating full-time to the North Dallas area to share my unique approach to massage and holistic healing with a new community. Massage is more than a career for me—it’s my calling. I believe true healing happens when we address not only the body, but also the mind and spirit. Many chronic conditions stem from unhealed emotional trauma, persistent negative thoughts, and imbalances in the body’s energy centers.
