Great location. Nice studio very clean. I’ve been going there almost everyday and the class and teachers are pretty great. Highly recommend this place!

I have really enjoyed visiting Holistic Bodyworx. The staff is extremely supportive. They have gone out of their way to make me feel very welcome. Their workouts are challenging, but very effective on the body. I like that the instructor (Angela) will challenge you to take your fitness to the next level, but also accommodate you when needed. I am seeing positive changes in my fitness and muscle composition. I am looking forward to future pilates classes!
