Early birds get fit at HollyWould Fitness, thanks to trainer Holly's early morning boot-camp workouts. Held three times a week in Overton Park, her daily changing workouts earned her the No. 1 spot for Best Boot Camp of 2014 in Memphis Health & Fitness magazine. When she's not helping people reach their fitness goals before breakfast, she might be leading cardio-, weight-, or personal-training sessions.
