What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I started playing guitar at the age of 6. That being said, I know how hard it can be starting out. With over five years of teaching experience, I have found the easiest and most effective ways for beginners to become comfortable with the guitar while learning proper technique and having fun!

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
I provide all of the learning materials. I write them myself, specially designed for the student’s specific needs and abilities. The students will need to have a guitar, an amp (if they play electric guitar), a metronome, and a tuner.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When I first started playing guitar, I was trying to teach myself and learn out of books. Quickly, though, I learned this wasn’t the way to do it. I started lessons at a young age and progressed much quicker in a month than I did in a year by myself! I want to help others progress in the same way.

What do you love most about your job?
My absolute favorite thing about teaching guitar lessons is the look of joy on a student’s face when they are able to play the music I give to them. When they play the music for the first time, they have this look of joy and accomplishment that simply cannot be replaced.
