What can a student expect in one of your classes?
...Sit back and get read for an entertaining, fun, and informative hands on experience. We will go through step by step meal preparation together and after we finish our masterpiece, we will all sit and enjoy it together wit ha glass of wine!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
HomeChef Cooking School was established in 1970 by Judith Ets-Hokins, a passionate homechef and an expert home entertainer. Judith followed her passion and created a chain of culinary boutiques combining retail appliance sales with hands-on cooking instruction.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing we love most about our job is all the different people that visit us...with so many different people and pallets, it never surprises us that we all share one thing in common...our passion for cooking!
