The meals were delicious, well thought out and easy to prepare. All you need included. My only issues are that the low carb entrees are not very low carb and I didn't use up all my credit and they won't do anything with the 12.00 or so I have left. I cancelled my subscription. The coupon is well worth trying it. The options are a little confusing when you redeem it. I only managed to get one weeks worth because I opted for 5 meals my first week.
