What You Can Expect:

1. The Greeting & Info Overview: You will be greeted by our certified dryer exhaust technician at the door and we'll review the information gathered prior to the appointment.
2. Initial Visual Assessment: We quickly assess the area(s) of concern to confirm the service request and determine what equipment is needed.
3. Begin Dryer Vent Service: After the initial assessment of the service request, we begin to set up our equipment and inspection tools, move the dryer out to provide access to the connector and we get straight to work.
4. 28-Point Visual Inspection & Safety Checklist: While we perform the dryer vent service your purchased, we begin the 28-point visual inspection and safety checklist. Most of the inspection guidelines are based on the International Mechanic and Residential Code Compliance Standards. We inspect the laundry room, dryer, and if accessible, the vent line behind the wall, and termination point (Inspection Camera Available, If Necessary).
5. Recommendations: As we go through our inspection guidelines, we may notify you of any potential fire hazards, code compliance issues, or general repair recommendations.
6. Service Completion and Payment: Upon completion of service, we confirm the issue has been resolved and review any remaining service recommendations we have for the customer. Our happy customer pays the invoice (or presents their Groupon) as we begin to clean up our tools, equipment, and work debris.
