I felt that din was very informative and that he walked us through everything. My husband was down at the furnace with him, and he explained everything. We did help him bring the hoses in and everything but that was because we were able to
He did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend his company. He also let us know about anything. We would have to pay extra, and we did pay extra. We paid $40
