When I called to make an appointment for the service covered under the Groupon I purchased I was told that they would call the day before to confirm the appointment. They never called just showed up when we were not home. Then just left a bill for services that I did not book. When I called they were very rude and told me they expect me to pay additional for services that I never authorize.
