I would give ZERO starts if possible.. I bought a Groupon for lash extensions & 2week refill paying $70 .. the morning of my appointment that I scheduled I had a blow out on my way to apply I called her immediately and let her know what happened & she said just to call her back when I was ready to reschedule. I called & set an appointment for the following Saturday at 1:30 & when I got to my appointment she was not there and the booths next to hers said she had NOT been in at all that day so I called her NO ANSWER but she called right back & apologized that she was NOT there & would not b able to do my lashes that day bc she was not in town she was super apologetic saying somehow my appointment did not get into the computer correctly.. She asked if I would b free the following Saturday at 1:30 pm I said yes & again she was not there. I have tried calling her several times but her voicemail has been full for 2 weeks & she will not my text I have tried clicking on the website provided on my Groupon but it says OOPS this is no longer … by the way she redeemed both the eyelash extension & the two week refill.. she has provided NO SERVICE & as far as I’m concerned has stolen money from me
