Flickering candles highlight the exposed brick walls and sprawling mahogany-colored banquettes that line Honey’s interior, pairing fire-stoked fondue with an equally smoldering ambiance. Bubbling vats of chocolate or cheese beckon dipping duos or groups to indulge in mealtime or dessert delicacies by bathing carbs, crudités, or insolent car keys in a flavor-enhancing brew. The milk chocolate cauldron, infused with coffee liqueur and coconut rum, perks up plunged brownie bites, marshmallows, and fruit. Alternatively, the TexMex simmers monterey jack cheese, tomatoes, and scallions into a tantalizing sauce; customers dip flatbread, broccoli, and asparagus into the classic swiss, lulling them into a docile state.
