Q:

I don't drive. What.s the address? And do have anything that will last 1 to 2 years? Beverley T.

Beverley F.  asked on  Sep 5, 2013

A:

The address is 1522 Makaloa Street, Suite 201. We are in the Makaloa Plaza. Botox, as stated in the Groupon, lasts up to 4 months. I am not sure what you want to last 1-2 years. Fillers may last up to 1 year. If you have more questions, just call 808-469-1997.

Q:

Hi, two questions. 1) At my current derm office I have customarily gotten ~19 units per visit, which has been sufficient for my 11's, horizontal forehead lines and a touch on crow's feet. They charge $11 per unit; with your Groupon deal you come to about $7.50 per unit. Are your units the standard 1:1 ratio? Just trying to make an educated comparison as i noticed you mention in an answer above that you recommend 40 units for that same area I have been treating with only 20. 2) If I buy the 40 units, can spread that over 2 visits or have to use it all at once? thanks!

I think it is best for you to call me at 808-469-1997, so I can properly answer your question.

Q:

what do you mean by 20 or 40 units of botox

Beverly M.  asked on  Sep 1, 2013

A:

20 units of Botox will usually treat the vertical wrinkles between your eyebrows (commonly called the 11's). Or, 20 units of Botox can treat the crow's feet lateral to both eyes plus the horizontal forehead lines. However, if you want all three of these areas (11's, crow's feet, and horizontal forehead lines) to be treated, then you should get 40 units. Patients trying Botox for the first time usually want to do only one area, so 20 units is usually more appropriate for them.
