While the location isn't the nicest, the spa itself is wonderful. It smells incredible as soon as you walk in and the staff was amazing! I booked a 30 minute couple's upper body massage and it felt like heaven. My massage therapist, Dennis, took time before and after to discuss my needs and any issues I wasn't aware of. The thoughtfulness made everything even better. My boyfriend also said his felt amazing and that he'd want to return. I highly recommend!

My last review was harsh. They did check the room and the linens and even the vacuum to try and help me. I was very upset about my necklace at the time. I would not give them zero stars. I would delete it but I don’t know how

Therapist did not deliver deep tissue massage. Therapist did not wear mask or offer to. Face holder on massage table did not have removable cover for hygiene and infection prevention. Overall, a disappointment. Courteous front desk persons also did not wear a mask.
