Such is the case at Hoof and Vine, a modern American steakhouse from the minds behind Tiburon Fine Dining and The Wild Rose. At this contemporary restaurant, American Kobe, American Piedmontese, and dry-aged certified Angus steaks stand out, much like a kindergarten student who can already grow a mustache. These cuts of meat range from 6-ounce tenderloins to 16-ounce bone-in rib eyes, and they're accompanied by seasonal herbs and vegetables grown in Tiburon's own garden. Other fine proteins, including Australian lamb T-bones and pan-seared red grouper, round out the spread, alongside an extensive wine list and beer selection.

The tenderloin (cooked medium) was my favorite We also ordered the special, which was the Kobe, but I preferred the tenderloin Funeral potatoes were yum! Great sauce choices as well

The food & the service was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants fine dining. The Owner/Manager was very nice to help us.

The Flap Steak is the best thing we've tried. It's AMAZING. The Lamb T-Bones are also very good. We like the Funeral Potatoes for a side. The cheese plate is quite nice. The best desserts are the Peach Melba and the Dark Chocolate Baileys Irish Cream Mousse. We'll be back.
