Q:

Good afternoon, This question is probably not relating to your groupon offer, however, having seen it, I do have a question. I have two girls who have been in training on their horses at our barn. We recently lost our trainer, and are looking for a new one. The girls are 13 and 15. Do you offer haul in training? Oh, and they train Western or Western Pleasure. Thank you.

Rhonda H.  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

Yes we do haul in lessons and I do Western also. Call me for more info

Q:

I was thinking of purchasing the $29 ninety min. lesson for my 14 year old daughter. She is a beginner but has ridden a few times and she is mostly interested in going on a trail ride. Does the lesson include a trail ride and if so, how much time is spent on learning horsemanship and how time would the ride be?

Dan S.  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

This a Equestrian Center and we do not do trail rides, she would not need to be in the 90 min intro if she has experience it is for people who have never been around horses as it spends ore time on the ground than in the saddle it is 60% on the ground and 40% in the saddle. These are lessons for those who want to learn to ride and show. Thanks

Q:

Do you have class on the weekend? I'm by myself and never ride a horse before.

Ying Y.  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

You could do 2 people and use 2 of the lessons at a time or both would have to buy a package.

A:

Sorry yes we do have some Saturdays open.

Q:

Is it possible to buy the deal for 4 lessons with 2 people involved or must everyone buy these individually. I want to do it but I am not sure about my partner?

Anne F.  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

You both could do it together but you would use 2 of the lessons each time so it would 2 lessons for both of you together, or each buy a package.

Q:

Is there certain days you can use this? Do you have a indoor area for the winter. I have a 4 yr old grand daughter that loves horses, she is bright and is in other activities as well. She has no fear. I don't want to get her started in something that will end in the winter.

Susan C.  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

Yes we have a fully enclosed indoor arena, Our lesson go Tues. to Fri. some Sat. just depends on if we have any shows that weekend. We are closed most Sundays and Mondays.

Q:

Is there an age limit to participate? IE- can i purchase for my 3-year-old with my participation?

Kimberly  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

There is not really an age limit, but the older the child, the more they get out of it. I would suggest contacting Hoofbeats Equestrian directly at (916) 796-3044 for more information.

Sammy T.  from  Groupon  replied on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

Yes there is no age limit but it depends on the child and the attention span . We do shorter durations and less riding with the little ones to get them comfortable.
