Patients consult with a functional medicine and licensed healthcare practitioner in person or online and receive professional feedback regarding possible root cause explanations regarding symptoms and health concerns.
Both options start with scheduling a personal one-on-one 45-minute phone call where the practitioner listens to your health concerns and challenges. Afterward, an in-depth health questionnaire is provided to you to complete with the goal of capturing important details about your health history. Your responses are then thoroughly reviewed and compiled into a Wellness Analysis to determine possible root cause imbalances that could be causing your wellness concerns. Possible root cause imbalances include neurohormonal, gastrointestinal, detoxification, immune response, cardiovascular and lymphatics, energy, and structural integrity.
After completion of your health questionnaire, you will have either a One In-Person Assessment or a One Telemedicine Consultation.
The One In-Person Physical Assessment includes a review of your Wellness Analysis based on your health screening responses and a 60 minute in person physical assessment conducted by a licensed healthcare and functional medicine practitioner. General customized recommendations are provided that may include dietary, exercise and herbal or supplement support to guide you back to the road to wellness.
The One Telemedicine Consultation includes a 45-60 minute virtual session to review your Wellness Analysis based on your health screening responses. Customized recommendations are then provided that may include dietary, exercise and herbal or supplement support to coach you on your way to wellness.
