Q:

How does this work exactly? Will I get a promo code that I enter on the Hornblower website after selecting the date and time of the cruise and 4 drink tickets? Or do I have to call to book? Also, is this valid during Comic-Con (July 19-20, 2013)?

John S.  asked on  May 10, 2013

this is valid every Friday and Saturday through the end of October, including durring Comic-Con. You will get the deal through Groupon call the Hornblower number on the voucher and make a reservation over the phone for your date of choice. You provide them the with the voucher number and your reservation is ready to go.

Q:

I plan to bring a party of 15-20 on May 25th. What is the capacity of the Hornblower, and how will I know if this day will ever be fully booked? Is it first-come first-served?

Derek W.  asked on  May 10, 2013

A:

You can call Hornblower to check availability. The yacht capacity can be anywhere from over 100 to over 300 depending on the yacht used on any specific date. Yachts are not guaranteed so calling to make reservation is important as it is first come first serve.

Q:

I want to know if i and our party can bring my own food on boat, for this sight and sip special you have through groupon

lupe G.  asked on  May 10, 2013

A:

Hello no need to bring any food onboard. There is plenty off food that is already included with the cruise. Aside from that, we do not permit any outside food to be brought onboard unless its for medical reasons. If so just make sure to note it when you call and book your reservation.

Q:

Limit one per visit-does that mean I can only buy the groupon for myself and not an additional one for my husband?

Amy C.  asked on  May 9, 2013

A:

you can buy as many deals as permited through Groupon. When you book, lets say you want to use two deals at the same time, each worth four passengers. You make one reservation for four passengers using one deal and you make a seperate reservation for the other groupon. hope this makes sense

Q:

I'm curious about the value stated on the groupon page: $35 for a two-hour Sights & Sips sunset cruise for one (a $56.84 value) In reality, the cruise is selling for $30 on your website, and is only $40 total after taxes and fees. Why the discrepancy?

Maria G.  asked on  May 9, 2013

A:

The difference comes from the added value of the additional two standard drink tickets. These are valid for alcoholic beverages which are not included in the cruise.

Q:

So is the food included with the ticket price or do I need to bring additional money for food?

April  asked on  May 9, 2013

A:

Food is all included, thats what makes this cruise so awesome
