HFF Workouts put clients through 21 minutes of intense body-weight exercises. They take place in a room that’s heated to more than 90 degrees with approximately 40% humidity, which helps muscles become more elastic and increases the intensity of the cardiovascular workouts. HFF Stretch sessions, which also take place in a hot room with approximately 40% humidity, loosen up muscles with 21 minutes of full-body stretching.
Hot Feet Fitness
Every Hot Feet Fitness class shares one important feature: a practice space heated to more than 90 degrees with 40% humidity. These sweltering conditions present an additional challenge during workouts, although the heat is also responsible for some valuable benefits. In addition to raising heart rates and boosting circulation throughout the entire body, the high temperatures help loosen tight muscles, which increases ranges of motion and reduces the risk of injury due to strain.
The studio hosts three types of classes within its sauna-like setting. High-intensity 21-minute HFF Workouts use body-weight exercises to tone and strengthen muscles while increasing cardiovascular endurance. Stretching classes similarly last 21 minutes, although the slower-paced sessions use deep, sustained stretches to loosen joints and gently engage muscles. During the 50- to 90-minute hot-yoga classes, students learn to increase mind-body awareness as they develop greater flexibility and balance.
