Cancellation: Hot Tub Cruisin now offers trip insurance, which will allow you to cancel your upcoming cruise for any reason up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a charge for the full amount of the rental. Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of cancellation by Hot Tub Cruisin due to a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service during the time of your scheduled tour. Without Trip Insurance: There are NO refunds, rescheduling, or credits given for any reason if you did not purchase trip insurance. Cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a charge for the full amount of the rental.However, ONLY in the event of a cancellation by Hot Tub Cruisin due to a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service, you MAY receive a credit to reschedule your cruise for a future date (for up to three months from the date of your cancelled cruise). I highly recommend this experience, we had an amazing time and Captain Emilie was so awesome!! Definitely will do again soon. We got to take as many drinks and snacks as we liked and played some great music and enjoyed the views of San Diego. 10/10
