What You'll Get
Yoga is one of the world's oldest forms of exercise, second only to holding the earth on your shoulders. Practice ancient athleticism with today's Groupon: for $35, you get 10 classes at Hot Yoga At Sunrise in Fair Oaks (a $110 value).
The vibrant staff of instructors at Hot Yoga At Sunrise cultivates a deeper mind-body connection and a slimmer waistline for yogis of all abilities through an energetic approach to various yoga styles. The 90-minute sweat sessions convene in a 105-degree room with 30% to 60% humidity in order to warm muscles, oxygenate internal organs, and detoxify the body through sweat. Skilled instructors guide students through a series of 26 Bikram yoga asanas that begin on the mat and finish standing, stretching ligaments and whittling cores with muscle-challenging postures. During Yin Yoga, students focus on deep concentration while striking difficult poses designed to burn calories and clear the mind of malicious malware.
Sessions run seven days a week with various classes taking place throughout the day, allowing students to customize an ideal yoga regimen to sculpt muscles and boost flexibility without interfering with a busy shuttlecock-league schedule.

About Hot Yoga At Sunrise
Seven days a week, students flock to the balmy studio to sweat out toxins and build strong, lean muscles in Hot Yoga At Sunrise's all-levels yoga classes. Each of the studio's passionate instructors specializes in specific yoga modalities, including the athletic Vinyasa flow, strengthening Core Power yoga, restorative Yin yoga—which emphasizes stillness and healing—and Bikram-inspired classes performed in sweat-inducing 105-degree heat to melt any snowmen trying to pass as humans. This hot-yoga style originally inspired owners Bobby and Robin Carpenter to open their studio in 2005, after they noticed that Bobby's running vastly improved with dedicated practice. Now, the two share their passion for the workout with others and practice it daily in their 60- to 90-minute sweat sessions.
