Don't eat before going. It helps avoid that queasy feeling midway thru the class. I was skeptical at first but it worked very well for me

Drink lots of water during the 24 hours before going. Get enough rest the night before. A strenuous workout.

What You'll Get

Though holding a mountain pose yields comfort and serenity, holding a mountain goat yields a lifelong friendship. Embrace tranquility with this Groupon.

Choose from Two Options

  • $39 for 10 yoga classes ($160 value)
  • $69 for 20 yoga classes ($320 value)

Hot yoga sessions combine the benefits of yoga--breath control and increased flexibility--with the detoxifying benefits of a sauna. During sessions, students hone their balance and strength while the high temperature aids in circulation and keeps muscles elastic and supple. Students should arrive 10-15 minutes early and bring a mat, towel, and plenty of water (or rent or purchase from the studio for $1 each). Classes are scheduled seven days a week.

About Hot Yoga

Studio owner, chiropractor, and hot-yoga enthusiast Dr. Bridget Brasfield helps her students to hone mind-body awareness through therapeutic yoga practice. Her studio heats up to a balmy 95 degrees to help even the most rigid of students to stretch and strengthen as they flow through a series of poses. As a result of the heat, students can also expect to sweat out the naturally occurring toxins that stem from everyday living and daily attempts to become superhuman via lab mishaps.
