Q:

Hi, I attended one class at the Latham Location. Can I still purchase the 5 session groupon? If so, can I use them at both locations? thanks!

mary c.  asked on  May 8, 2013

A:

I'm sorry Mary, it's too hard for us administratively to make exceptions. We run specials every month though so that's how existing clients save money. We currently have a May special running....5 class card for $50 with a year expiration date.

Q:

What is the activation date? Day I buy the groupon... or day I start to use? I'd like to buy it, but will be out of town a lot in next few months and may not be able to use it effectively.

Chris O.  asked on  May 7, 2013

A:

You must activate your Groupon by it's expiration date of Aug 7, 2013. All sessions and month unlimited expire 1 month after activation date.

Q:

I am a 64 year old male seeking to get in better shape and loosenas well as strengethen those areas where I have suffered injuries. I am considering the silent 105 degreee yoga classess for one month. Would that be something that would benefit me? McG/

H. McCarthy .  asked on  May 7, 2013

A:

Bikram yoga will be perfect for you but just note that you can only come to the SILENT version of the Bikram Yoga classes after completing at least 10 instructional Bikram Yoga classes.

Q:

Did we just get a Hot Yoga in Clifton Park?

Patti R.  asked on  May 7, 2013

A:

I think some sort of hot studio opened but it's not a bikram (the original hot yoga) and barkan studio. I think the one in Clifton Park is offering some knock off versions of these practices, but you should be careful that you're taking with a certified teacher for the style they are purporting to teach. We're offering a more challenging practice and have a high standard for our students but if you're up to the challenge it will be a good fit.

Q:

For the Groupon deal, can you mix and match the classes that are offered? What about a beginner with little or no yoga experience? Which classes would be best for that? Thank you.

kathy w.  asked on  May 6, 2013

A:

Of course you can mix and you can use all of our studios. I really recommend you purchase the month unlimited. It's a great deal and that way you can come to as many classes as you want for 30 days. We have some great offerings and teachers but it often takes more than 5 classes to acclimate to the heat and learn what classes/teachers suit you. Either way, they are both great deals and you can't go wrong. We have beginners in almost all classes. The only one you can't take until you have completed 10 instructional Bikram classes is Silent Bikram yoga. Hope that helps!
