⛺ Artisan Home Tour:
Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes, presented by Housing First Minnesota, features homes designed and constructed by dozens of top homebuilders and remodelers, each with the highest level of architectural integrity, top-quality craftsmanship, and exceptionally high-finish. These million-dollar-plus residences feature today’s most popular designs, materials, accessories, and colors for spectators to both marvel at and gain inspiration from.
A portion of ticket sales will go to the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, the charitable arm of Housing First Minnesota, a 501c-3 nonprofit organization composed of Housing First Minnesota members and supporters who contribute their time, materials and expertise to help Twin Cities families and communities in need.
⛺ Important Info:
- Valid from 12 p.m. (noon) to 6 p.m. on June 9–11, 16–18, and 23–25.
- Remodeled homes are only open June 23-25.
- Anyone of age six or older will need to purchase a ticket.
- Ticket (All-Access Ticket) allows one-time admittance to all new and remodeled homes, plus one additional visit to one home of your choosing.
- The Artisan Home Tour is a self-guided tour using your own vehicle. Please observe “No Parking” signs and be considerate of the neighbors (especially not blocking their mailboxes or driveways).
- The tour runs rain or shine.
- Prohibited items: food, beverages, strollers.
- No bathrooms available for use in homes.
- Departure location: this is a self-guided tour; the Artisan Home Tour app (Apple and Android phones) will help participants get to each house.

❕ Purchase: Limit 5 per person.
✎ Redemption: Please bring your voucher to any of the homes listed on https://artisanhometour.org/ and exchange for your admission ticket.
⌚ Valid days and times: June 9–June 11, June 16–June 18, and June 23–June 25, from 12 noon–6 p.m.
✘ Restrictions: All Sales Final. Ticket is required for anyone age six and older and is non-refundable. Booties/foot coverings or socks are required at all homes. Shoes and bare feet are not allowed in the homes. No food, drinks, or strollers allowed. No bathrooms available for use in homes. Valid for the 2023 Artisan Home Tour only.
➪ Additional information: An all-access ticket allows one-time admittance to all new and remodeled homes open to tour, plus one additional visit to one home of the Ticketholder’s choosing. A limited supply of booties will be available. Please reuse booties if you are visiting multiple homes.
❕ Ticketholder grants Housing First Minnesota and its members permission to use images, likenesses, actions or statements in audio, video or photographic reproduction without further authorization or compensation.
❕ Ticketholder acknowledges, accepts, and assumes all risk in his/her participation and attendance in the Tour which is undertaken with the knowledge and risk of the possibility of injury, illness, harm, and/or death, including without limitation, potential exposure to COVID-19.
❕ Ticketholder waives and discharges Housing First Minnesota and its members, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability resulting from any harm to Ticketholder. Ticketholder warrants he/she has not exhibited any COVID-19 symptoms (i.e. fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat or flu-like symptoms) during the past 10 days.
