One week of fundamental training and three weeks of scheduled training sessions will scribble fitness all the way into the body’s margins by helping improve endurance, flexibility, power, and coordination. The CrossFit sessions use a wide range of equipment, including kettlebells, heavy training ropes, and plyometric boxes.
