Q:

I am interested in buying this for my daughter. My son already goes to Hubbard but my daughter has never had lessons. Am I still considered a new customer?

Kelli K.  asked on  Oct 19, 2013

A:

Kelli - Yes as long as your daughter has not attended classes with us in the past she would be a new student. - You also will NOT need to create a seperate online account. You will just need to add your daughters information to you existing parent account. thanks for the question -Matt

Q:

I am trying to purchase a groupon for my son and daughter. I wont let me purchase 2. I already purchased one as a gift for my daughter and need to purchase one for my son. The details state limit 3 one per child. It will not let me purchase an additional one?

Diane  asked on  Oct 19, 2013

A:

Yes Diane - this appears to be an issue on the groupon side of the site. We are working with the team at groupon to get this fixed ASAP Sorry for the confusion. in the mean time you should be able to purchase an additional groupon using another email address and then when creating your account with HUBBARD add both children to a single "parent account" - We are aware of the issue so will honor the purchase of more than 1 groupon as long as they are for multiple children

Q:

I would like to buy one for my granddaughter who is almost 4. Unfortunately she lives in Flagstaff one week and here the next. (split custody) We have her every other week, so would need to do a class on Monday and then on another day of the next week in order to do weekly classes. Can you accommodate that?

Tess P.  asked on  Oct 21, 2013

A:

At this time the best answer I can give you is i am not sure. We do our best to work with everyone and recognize that many families have scheduling challenges. Our goal in each situation is to try and determine the best solution to maintain the quality of lessons for the swimmer.
