Voyage into the Gulf of Mexico for either five or ten hours to catch gray snapper, grouper, sea bass, porgies, and trigger fish
The best way to catch a fish is to think like a fish, which means fretting about how to put all 4,000 of your kids through fish college. Catch a whole school with this Groupon.

- $25 for a half-day fishing trip for an adult (a $50 value) $40 for a full-day fishing trip for an adult (an $80 value)
Roughly 10 miles off the coast, sufficiently surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico, Hubbard’s Marina's half-day fishing trips anchor. The marina’s US Coast Guard–certified deep-sea-fishing vessel bobs in the water, stretching out 72 feet long to accommodate 40–50 hopeful fishers. From their watery post, passengers cast lines to lure gray snapper, sea bass, porgies, and trigger fish. The half-day trip lasts around five hours and the full-day trip around ten hours, with 40-65 minutes spent traveling into the Gulf and another 40-65 minutes of travel inland. Each fish that is caught will be placed on a stringer line and stored in an icebox. Customers will be given a stringer number that corresponds to their line, and at the end of the trip, the crew will call out the stringer numbers and customers can pick up their fish. Though not included in the Groupon, customers can have their catches cleaned when they return to the dock or cooked at the famous Friendly Fisherman Restaurant.
During the fall and winter, the trips depart at 8 a.m. each day and return at either 1 p.m for the half-day trip or 5 p.m. for the full-day trip. This Groupon includes cut bait, but does not include rod and reel rental. Customers can rent their rod and reel ($7.50), or bring light tackle from home, preferably a 40-pound test line, 4-ounce sinker, and 3/0 hook. See the FAQs for more information.
