$34 for One Month of Unlimited Hot-Yoga Classes ($178 Value)
Hudson Hot Yoga classes take place in a purpose-built studio heated to up to 40 degrees Celsius. The schedule offers both 90- and 60-minute classes and includes traditional sessions in the Bikram style of yoga. Hudson Yoga will soon also offer Hudson Flow and Hudson Yin classes.
Newly opened in the LEED-certified historic Hudson's Bay building on Douglas Street and operated by a management team with 10 years of experience, Hudson Yoga was built for one-purpose: to make yogis sweat. Twenty-four high-efficiency radiant-heating panels send the ambient temperature up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit, and diffuser units regulate the amount of oxygen, CO2, poltergeist activity, and humidity in the room. Undergirding the 1,600-square-foot hot room, the cork floor comfortably supports up to 55 students. Hudson Yoga members receive free, two-hour downtown parking.
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Hudson Yoga primarily offers traditional Hot Yoga Beginner’s classes, in addition to a variety of class styles including non-heated yoga, Flow, Yin, Yin-Yang, Hot Pilates, Yoga Nidra, and a weekly workshop or special class, all guided by a roster of compassionate and experienced instructors. Hudson Yoga combines the oldest system of personal development in the world, yoga, with modern technology and a welcoming supportive community. Our space was purpose-built for Hot Yoga, with naturally anti-bacterial cork flooring, fresh air ventilation and radiant heat panels. Free from the hum of fans and vents, the space is peaceful to explore the body, master the mind and let the spirit soar.
