Q:

I recently purchased this groupon and i've tried to call several times saturday and several times today (monday) and i'm being put through to a answering machine saying that either you're on the phone or not available at this time. I've left a message and i haven't received a call back. I'm sure that you have been busy but does anybody answer and return calls?

Kelly R.  asked on  Jan 14, 2013

A:

I am sorry that you have not been able to get in touch with us. Our receptionist is trying to return all of the phone calls, and is just a little bit behind due to the large amount of phone calls.

Q:

What type/brand of equipment do you use? How far apart do you recommend sessions be spaced? Is this effective for thighs/buttocks? If so, what would be considered one "section"? Who performs/supervises the treatment and what are their credentials?

Dawn B.  asked on  Jan 13, 2013

A:

The brand for our equipment is BBS equipment in USA. We recommend that there is at least 3 days in between sessions. We do perform the cavitation on the thigh and buttocks area. Each of these is considered one area. One of our technicians will perform the treatment. All of our employees are licensed and trained for the cavitation.

There is not a specific number of treatments that we can guarantee you will need for one area. It depends on the person's body type and which area is being treated.
