Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Would having a heart condition and being on plavex interfere with any of this procedure..Also how soon could I get an appt to have this done

David F.  asked on  May 15, 2012

A:

Plavix and other anti-coagulants would interfere with the body's clotting and platelet activity, so the injections wouldn't be as useful as they could be otherwise. The Microroller treatment would cause a lot of bruising. We have appointments available starting the week of May 21.

Q:

How long do the treatment effects last? How many treatments are needed for full effect? Charlotte S.

Charlotte S.  asked on  May 15, 2012

A:

Because the therapy actually rebuilds your skin, the treatment lasts until you age again, between 1 and 2 years depending on your lifestyle and health status. Results are seen after one treatment, and each person is different as far as the "full effect". Most people see radical results after the third treatment.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

hi, is the micro-needling done on the face, neck and decollete as shown in the video on your site? what size/depth needles do you use? is a series of micro-needling required or does one treatment show results? thank you.

maureen  asked on  May 18, 2012

A:

Yes, We microneedle all those areas after covering them with your stem cell solution. We have office only use lengths, 1mm, 2mm and 3mm and the doctor decides which will be best for your desired results. Everyone is different, and results depend on many different factors, but yes, results are usually seen after one treatment.

Barb  asked on  May 18, 2012

Yes. The injections are most likely the way to go.

Q:

The answers are not clear to me regarding the purchases . Sammy said no to the person who wants to use two coupons. Heather says yes to Glyn who wants to buy both procedures as a gift . I would like to buy both prcedures for myself. If you buy both procedures then are both groupons allowed ?

Jim W.  asked on  May 17, 2012

A:

Sorry, It was our mistake. Only one Groupon is allowed per patient. You can buy one other as a gift for someone else.

Q:

what is the anticipated "down time" following each procedure offered? which procedure consistently receives the best outcome per the patients perception? can I only purchase one or can i purchase both procedures as a gift for my wife? thank you

glenn s.  asked on  May 15, 2012

A:

You may purchase one of each for a gift.

Heather W.  from  Merchant  replied on  May 15, 2012

A:

Sorry, We can only allow one per patient, my mistake. You may give one to someone else as a gift, but I think Groupon may have safe guards in place so you weren't able to purchase both. Otherwise you may request a refund.

glenn s.  asked on  May 15, 2012

A:

Down time differs person to person, and any bruising can usually be covered with make up. Full results are seen three weeks after the treatment, and we provide you with options to speed and optimize the healing and results. If you are looking for an overall facial rejuvenation the micro-roller Collagen Induction Treatment is probably better. If you have a couple real problem areas, the injections work more focally and as filler. The treatments are based on the same science, and consistantly give results.
