HUMUHUMU HAWAIIAN's intimate tours of the Big Island help with the goal of spotting more wildlife than humans. Daily tours depart from the Kohala Coast on the six-person Bayliner Trophy boat, which features Bimini shade tops, restrooms, and snorkeling gear. Passengers will cruise by scenic beaches and scope wildlife while enjoying Hawaiian drinks and snacks. They'll also snorkel at coral reefs for a closer look at marine life and pirates' lost car keys. Dolphins and manta rays pop up regularly throughout the year, while the months between December and May are humpback-whale season and offer the best chance of a sighting or photo op.
