Completely unprofessional! You traded in my voucher twice & I only used one!! That’s stealing! No one wants to go to a spa and have to stand outside the door hoping to be let in & no buzzer or instructions. We were treated like homeless people! My suggestion is you have a spa in a nicer part of town if you’re so worried about homeless people coming into your business. Which is very concerning!

Ana was very nice the space is clean and professional. She used quality products and provided a nice facial massage. I recieved this facial while on a mini vacation but I would return if I lived in the area. I highly recommend
