Very friendly people, my son loved it so hoping gets learning skills he needs. It is costly but my kid needs help badly so I decided to do all I can to get him good education and motivation for school.
Our grandson spent 20 hrs a week all summer at Huntington Roseville. He was 1-2 years behind in all areas of learning. We can't believe the difference now! He has confidence, self discipline, and is able to focus on his work. They instill a work ethic that we could never accomplish on our own. He is now working at grade level and doing great at school!
Money well spent!
We started our son and within 2 months noticed tremendous improvement and fluency in reading. He is now half way thru his program (4 months) and almost one year ahead of his age level and he started below average. We joined our other child in this program too see the rapid improvements acheived. Their system works and teachers are great. Kids always leave with a big smile and I have yet to hear of a complaint when I drop them off!
Researched other options before selecting Huntington. HLC has a history of success. My son tested at 5th grade level; within 4 months he was almost at 7th grade level. Appreciate the dedication of staff and positive can do methods.

About Huntington Learning Center
In the late 1970s, career educators Eileen and Raymond Huntington opened the first Huntington Learning Center in Oradell, New Jersey. Their goal was to take an individualized approach to education, adjusting instructional tactics according to each student's particular set of needs. Their success in helping K–12 students prepare for exams and improve grades and study skills quickly spawned franchises across New York and New Jersey.
Today, the certified Huntington tutoring staff utilizes testing and rubrics for assessing each child's skills, academic needs and potential for growth. The teachers even note the student's behavior in different testing and academic situations to craft a methodology sensitive to each child's learning style. Teachers also adhere to the company's code of ethics that stresses professionalism and confidentiality, encouraging pupils to improve their grades honestly through dedicated study rather than shortcuts.
