Doors open at the Huntsville Botanical Gardens Grisham Pavilion promptly at 11 am, and festivities begin with an AmTryke demonstration and ribbon cutting. Plates pile up with pork or chicken supplied by LawLer’s Barbecue at noon, giving diners the sustenance needed to lift wooden and lead objects in order to vote on silent auction items benefiting the organization, such as gift certificates to local vendors or a massage package.
