This is a total scam. Do not buy. The guy who came out was associated with I believe a different company and he first tried scamming me out of $215 by saying he needed to clean from the first floor to the roof of my building. First it's not my responsibility to clean other people's lines and how would he even get access to their units? He then tried scamming me out of $75 for a receipt. When I wouldn't pay that either, he then said he would do the job only if I wrote two reviews (one in NJ and the other in DE). He stood over me watching me write the review and took a pic of them even before he was going to start the job. He literally came back 2 minutes later and said my dryer vent didn't need cleaning. He did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I informed Groupon of this and they have done nothing. Will not be using Groupon any longer since they're okay being complicit with an outright scamster.

I felt like I was scammed! The representative forced me to write a review in front of him without me checking the job! I paid $175 for a deodorizer service that I never received! Very unhappy! Don’t buy SCAM

Just had the HVAC Rescue Team come clean the dryer, supply, and return vents. Michael & Edward were amazing. Very professional and took time to explain every deal of the service. Definitely a great buy on Groupon especially since I hadn’t cleaned the vents in 10yrs… will recommend!
