Amazing spot in Jersey City! Went here for Valentine’s Day and despite the business of the place, the service was fast and the ambiance was contemporary. Definitely will be back!

About Hyatt House Jersey City
Don't be fooled by Froggy's casual-sounding name. The founder, chef Thierry Lefeuvre, learned his craft at a French culinary school and has directed Froggy's menu since 1980. The success of the local institution is due in part to the chef's loyalty to traditional French cuisine executed in a way that isn't so easy to find. Dishes might range from sautéed sweetbreads in bordelaise sauce to charcuterie and elegant cheese plates, with a little something for everyone in between.
