What You'll Get
At hotels, sheets are freshly laundered, milkmen can't knock on the door, and there are no acutely bleak, dull, and dreary-bleak daily routines. Embrace the simplicity of subletting with today's Groupon: for $135, you get a one-night stay (with waved resort fees), breakfast for two, and a $25 spa credit (up to a $303 total value) at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa. The hotel's located just off the 17th green of the Del Monte Golf Course, with Monterey's historic Fisherman's Wharf located nearby.
Following a multimillion-dollar renovation, the Hyatt Regency now offers an array of amenities for guests visiting beautiful Monterey. Groupon customers will settle into rooms with either one king-size bed or two double beds. Both room styles feature soothing earth-toned leather and walnut furnishings, spacious marble-floored bathrooms with open showers, and a 32-inch LCD flat panel TV that gives massages and life advice.
Groupon guests will also be treated to complimentary breakfast for two at TusCA, the hotel's on-site destination for elegant omelette consumption. And for further pampering, guests receive a $25 credit to the 12,000-square-foot Accista Spa, which is adorned with warm fireplaces, plush seating, and treatments inspired by the local landscape.
Beyond the confines of the room, the Hyatt Regency boasts a bevy of on-site activities, including sweat-breaking in the gym, sphere-cloberring on the tennis courts, and Polo-finding in the swimming pools and whirlpools. On weekends, the on-site Fireplace Lounge also hosts live jazz performances enhanced by flickering fireplaces that entice the eye, much like the glow of scrambled cable TV.

- The hotel has been remodeled beautifully. Our room was very nice, the highlight had to have been the giant shower head which rained down from the roof of the shower. Breakfast was also very good. – hallbatross, TripAdvisor
- I loved the layout and it felt so quiet and secluded from the hustle and bustle of the touristy parts of Monterey. – Michelle G., Yelp
