I was so relieved and happy with the results. The straightening retained some of my volume since I do have fine hair. Vicky does educate her clients on hair care and how to maintain the treatments. Vicki did an amazing job and was very honest in regards to what I wanted to do and how it would come out. I'm going back in 2 weeks to highlight my hair. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

My keratin treatment at Beauty First was excellent. Vicky did a wonderful job and gave me tips about aftercare for my hair that no one else had told me during previous treatments. Also, there was no upselling for extra products. I will use her services again.
