It really depends on your current situation but the minimum number of sessions that we sell is 12. Ideally 3 times per week for one month. Although you will lose an average of 6-8 pounds per month, we are more interested in the inches that you will lose. We take nine measurements before, after 6 and after 12. You will lose many inches. We have many clients who sign up for one, two or three months and some that love it so much, they sign up for the year!
